How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within two business days. The cream then travels from our manufacturer overseas, which is the honest reason it takes longer than domestic post. You'll get tracking as soon as the parcel moves, and if tracking hasn't updated in seven days, email us and we'll chase it or replace the order.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free across Canada.
What if it doesn't suit me?
Email us within 90 days and we refund the full price. Keep the bottle — posting it back costs more than it is worth to us. No photographs, no form, no restocking fee.
Can I use it while pregnant?
No. Retinol isn't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the applicator is moulded into the tube, so there is no separate tool to use on its own. Massage with your fingers and a bland facial oil instead, and come back to this afterwards. Ask your doctor if you want a second opinion — we're not one.
How long until I see something?
The de-puffed look from a session shows within minutes and lasts hours. The texture and fine-line changes from retinol need eight to twelve weeks of most-nights use. Two different clocks.
Is it a stone gua sha tool?
No. The applicator is a moulded head built into the tube. It does the same job — glide and pressure along the channels — and it is not jade, not nephrite, and not a separate instrument. If a stone tool is what you want, buy a stone tool. This isn't one.
